1. Wednesday September 5, 2012 GSA BOOTH at Student Club Fair
Location Research And Innovation Center (RIC) Atrium
Time 9 am
- Meet GSA Executives.
- Get Information about GSA.
- Signup for the orientation and welcome BBQ on Thursday, September 6
2. Thursday September 6, 2012 GSA Orientation Day
- 3:00-3.30 pm Students sign-up at the GSA office

- 3.30-4.15 pm DEAN of FGSR Welcome Note to Graduate Students

- 4.15-5 pm Campus tour: This orientation will take students around the campus, stopping by the Office of Research Services (ORS), the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research office (FGSR) and concludes at the Graduate Students' Association (GSA) office. The orientation allows graduate students the opportunity to meet the folks that work in each of these offices and to learn about the services that they provide to students.
- 5-7 pm Welcome BBQ: Hamburgers, fruit, drinks and cookies will be served.
